Overview
Traci joined AHP in 2004 and has built extensive expertise serving financial institutions through audit, internal audit, regulatory compliance, loan review, quality control review, and consulting services. She also supports clients in the cannabis industry through agreed‑upon procedures and contributes to the profession through peer review engagements. Her work centers on helping organizations interpret complex regulatory expectations, strengthen internal processes, and implement solutions that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and long‑term stability.
Traci is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager and holds a Certificate in Loan Review. She is actively involved in several professional associations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), the MICPA Financial Institutions Resource Group, Banking CPAs, and the Allinial Global Financial Institutions Community of Practice.
She also serves as Editor for the Community Banking Advisor, a quarterly industry newsletter. She serves on both the AHP Audit Committee and the AHP Professional Standards Committee, supporting the firm’s commitment to technical excellence and high‑quality service delivery. Traci is also the firm’s partner in charge of Business Development.
Education
Traci earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Northwood University and a Master of Business Administration in accounting from Oakland University.

Traci serves as a board member and 5K Planning Committee member for Girls on the Run Great Lakes Bay Region.
