Andrews Hooper Pavlik PLC (AHP) was founded in 1993 by three partners of EY. Jim Andrews, Mark Hooper, and Kim Pavlik, along with a team of 26 staff, started the firm with a focus on delivering Big 4 audit, tax, and accounting services in Michigan communities.

Since 1993, we have experienced significant growth and merged with other successful accounting firms that share similar missions, principles, and values. As a result, our footprint now includes offices in Ann Arbor, Bay City, Bloomfield Hills, Flint, Grand Rapids, Marquette, Midland, Owosso, and Traverse City.

Today, our team of professionals provides a full suite of professional services to businesses and individuals in the Midwest and around the globe. With affiliate AHP Financial Services Inc., we offer the expertise and resources of a large CPA firm while upholding a culture that feels personal, connected, and locally grown.
