We are looking for a leader in the audit profession that will play a pivotal role in managing our audit engagements and client relationships, while mentoring a team of audit professionals. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of accounting and auditing standards and a high level of technical proficiency.
- Develop and implement audit plans and strategies to ensure compliance with professional standards, company policies, and industry rules and regulations.
- Manage audit engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing projects while maintaining client communications and relationships.
- Develop reasonable time budgets and coordinate engagement activities to achieve efficiency and timely service.
- Manage, train, and coach less experienced team members through engagements, including effective delegation and timely feedback.
- Embrace successful strategies to motivate and encourage staff to reach high levels of performance.
- Identify issues and recommend value-added solutions to complex client issues.
- Proactively “champion” an attitude of quality service.
- Demonstrate effective and professional oral communication skills through formal internal and external presentations, training sessions, speeches, etc.
- Organize a work schedule in a manner that ensures timely and priority-sensitive services to clients.
- Engage in community events to enhance the firm’s presence and broaden our reach to share service offerings to both current and prospective clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Accounting required.
- CPA certification required.
- 5-7 years of audit experience in public accounting required.
- Supervisory experience required.
Client Service Accountant
We are seeking an individual to join our team of accountants to provide various bookkeeping and financial accounting services to our clients in various industries. Experience in financial statements, payroll, monthly reports, quarterly payroll tax returns, and journal entries, using QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online or other financial software. Customer service and strong communication skills are important, along with exceptional bookkeeping abilities. Currently, we are working in a hybrid remote and in-person environment.

- Provide assistance with clients’ bookkeeping using QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.
- Process payroll and payroll tax returns (annual, quarterly, monthly).
- Compile financial statements and other financial information from client data.
- Prepare quarterly and monthly reports.
- Utilize journal entry bookkeeping in clients’ accounts.
- Assist with client communications.
- Pro-actively champion an attitude of quality service.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business-related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of recent payroll, accounting, bookkeeping experience.
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Adobe, Creative Solutions.
- Knowledge of fundamental principles of accounting, financial statements and monthly reporting.
- Ability to organize work and projects, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills.

Senior Accountant
We are looking for an experienced staff accountant to assist with audits and preparation and review of individual and business tax returns. Our professionals strive to exceed our clients’ expectations through timely and quality service using current technology and innovative solutions.
