Overview
Greg joined AHP in 2006 and has developed extensive expertise in governmental audits, not‑for‑profit audits, higher education, and commercial business engagements. He also leads Systems and Organization Controls (SOC) examinations and cybersecurity assurance projects, helping organizations strengthen internal controls, safeguard sensitive information, and meet evolving compliance expectations.
Greg holds multiple professional credentials, including Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CIS), underscoring his advanced technical expertise across fraud prevention, information security, and IT audit disciplines. He is actively engaged in professional associations such as the Government Finance Officers Association, Michigan Government Finance Officers Association, the AICPA, the MICPA, ISACA, ISC2, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, reflecting his commitment to both accounting and cybersecurity communities.
Professional Education
Greg graduated Summa Cum Laude from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (accounting) and a Bachelor of Science (music).
In the Community
Greg chairs the finance council for St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church and School. He is also a member of the audit committee of St. Paul of the Cross Retreat Center and serves on the investment advisory committee for the Passionists.
