Overview
Cory joined AHP in 2017. He started his career in public accounting in 1997 and also spent two years as a controller in the private sector. Cory focuses on tax services for business owners, including service businesses such as medical practices, attorneys, financial advisors, real estate developers, and property managers. He also has a heavy focus on business valuations.
Cory serves on AHP’s Tax Committee and Compilation Committee. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA). Cory also serves on the MICPA Business Valuation and Litigation Support Task Force.
Professional Education
Cory graduated from Walsh College with both a Master of Science in finance and a Master of Business Administration. He also has a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Michigan State University.
