Overview

Blake joined AHP in 2012, bringing prior experience from the automotive manufacturing industry that shaped his strong background in working with family‑owned and closely held businesses. He provides expertise in business tax and individual tax, as well as valuations, business consulting, reviews and compilations, and mergers and acquisitions. His work emphasizes helping clients assess value, strengthen operations, and implement strategies that support growth and long‑term success.

Blake is a Certified Valuation Analyst and an active member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and the Mid‑Michigan Manufacturers Association (M3A). He also participates in broader professional networks through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and engagement with both the accounting and manufacturing communities.

Professional Education

Blake has a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy from Saginaw Valley State University.

In the Community

Blake serves as Vice Chair (former Treasurer) of Hidden Harvest and is a member of the Bay Area Community Foundation Stewardship Committee, previously serving on its Grant Committee. He also serves on the Hunger Solutions Center Facilities Committee.
