Overview

Amanda joined AHP in 2018, bringing with her a strong background as a corporate controller for a manufacturing company and nearly eight years of prior experience in public accounting. Her diverse expertise spans consulting, advisory, audits, reviews, compilations, allowing her to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to each client’s needs. She supports clients across multiple sectors, including the service industry, not-for-profit organizations, and employee benefit plans.

Within AHP, Amanda plays a vital leadership role. She leads the firm’s Culture Committee, fostering collaboration and employee engagement, and serves on both the Audit Committee and Professional Standards Committee, ensuring quality and consistency across the firm’s services.

Her professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).

Education

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Oakland University, where she also completed a minor in applied technology in business.

In the Community

Amanda serves on the Shiawassee Chamber Board of Directors and Operations Committee. She is also Treasurer of the Parent Association of Laingsburg Students.
