Bruce J. Wenzlick

Bruce has more than 15 years of public accounting experience. His area of expertise includes accounting and tax planning for industries such as agriculture, insurance, small business, and trucking. In addition, Bruce is a firm leader in COVID programs, including Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), and Employee Retention Credits (ERC).

PROFESSIONAL HISTORY

Bruce joined AHP in 2015 as a staff accountant when Demis & Wenzlick CPAs was integrated into AHP. He was then promoted to senior accountant, and manager before being promoted to senior manager in 2017. Bruce became a partner in 2022.

PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Bruce graduated from Western Michigan University with both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

Bruce is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA). He serves as the treasurer for the Shiawassee Community Foundation and is a member of the AHP Tax Committee. Bruce also serves as a member of Memorial Healthcare’s Board of Trustees.
