Responsibilities 

• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of accounting and auditing standards and a high level of technical proficiency.
• Develop and implement audit plans and strategies to ensure compliance with professional standards, company policies, and industry rules and regulations.
• Manage audit engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing projects while maintaining client communications and relationships.
• Develop reasonable time budgets and coordinate engagement activities to achieve efficiency and timely service.
• Manage, train, and coach less experienced team members through engagements, including effective delegation and timely feedback.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification required.
• 5-7 years of audit experience in public accounting required.

We are seeking an individual to join our team of accountants to provide various bookkeeping and financial accounting services to our clients in various industries. Experience in financial statements, payroll, monthly reports, quarterly payroll tax returns, and journal entries, using QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online or other financial software. Customer service and strong communication skills are important, along with exceptional bookkeeping abilities. Currently, we are working in a hybrid remote and in-person environment.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business-related field is preferred.

What You’ll Do

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Support campus recruiting initiatives, career fairs, and networking events including logistics, attendance, and outreach.
• Assist with job postings on the company website, job boards, and college career sites.
• Collect, organize, and screen resumes.
• Schedule and conduct initial phone screens.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and interview logistics while maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
