Addressing Coronavirus Concerns

We are working diligently on balancing the safety of our team and clients while maintaining the level of service you have come to expect from AHP.  Steps we are implementing to avoid spreading anything infectious are:

  • Ensuring that hygiene supplies are readily accessible in our offices
  • Providing reminders about washing hands and covering coughs and sneezes
  • Replacing in-person meetings with virtual meetings
  • Promoting the use of our
client portals* to share documents and reduce face-to-face contact
  • Performing client work remotely whenever possible

AHP Managing Partner Bill Mulders addressed concerns stating, “We intend to continue to monitor the situation and make prudent informed decisions as time goes on.  We have determined plans, should additional steps become important to protecting everyone’s health.”

As this rapidly changing crisis progresses, we’ll be sure to keep you up to date through email and social media. If you are a tax client that has been affected by COVID-19 or if you have any questions or concerns on how this will impact your level of services from AHP, please contact us at 888.754.8478.

*If you are a client that would like to set up an account or have questions about using AHP’s
client portals, simply send an email to ahpinfo@ahpplc.com or call us at 1.888.754.8478.  Of course, you can always send your documents through traditional mail if you don’t want to send them digitally.
