Prior to starting Demis and Wenzlick CPA’s PC in 1977, Jim was an audit manager at Danielson Schultz, which subsequently merged into Plante Moran. Demis & Wenzlick was integrated into AHP in 2015 during which time he became a principal of AHP.
Jim graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA). Jim is a member of the AICPA’s Private Companies Practice Section. He is also a member of Owosso Kiwanis Club, a board member for Todd Allen ministries, a trustee at Immanuel Baptist Church, and secretary for Bible Nation Society. In the past Jim was involved with the Shiawassee United Way, Chamber of Commerce, American Cancer Society, the Owosso DDA, and Baker College accounting advisory committee.
