We are looking for a leader in the tax profession to be an advisor to our clients on tax matters as well as some compiled financial statements. Our tax professionals strive to exceed our clients’ expectations through timely and quality service using innovative and sound solutions.


  • Ability to assume responsibility for client communications from tax planning through the entire tax engagement.
  • Knowledge of individual and corporate tax matters (corporations, partnerships, not-for-profits, trusts and estates matter).
  • Stays current with tax law changes and tax court rulings.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of recent tax developments and their implications to a client’s business.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead, motivate and encourage staff to high levels of performance.
  • Demonstrates a high level of technical proficiency in a paperless environment.
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the client’s business that extends beyond tax- or accounting-related aspects.
  • Comfortable identifying issues and recommending creative solutions to complex client issues.
  • Willingness to pro-actively “champion” an attitude of quality service.
  • Demonstrates effective oral communication skills through formal presentations, training sessions, speeches, etc.
  • Ability to assume review oversight for compiled financial statements.


  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in accounting, tax specialization preferred
  • CPA certification
  • Six to eight years of tax experience in public accounting
  • Supervisory experience
  • Organizes work schedule in a manner that ensures timely and priority-sensitive services to clients
