Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates are CPAs or experienced staff accountants working toward certification. At least two years of public accounting experience in audit or tax is preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to identify issues and apply accounting and/or tax principles and auditing procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
• Fosters an environment of teamwork with principles of integrity and respect.
• Exhibits effective communication and listening skills.
• Consistently displays an attitude of quality service.
• Actively participates in professional and community organizations.
• Exhibits an understanding of technology used in engagement management, along with the ability to perform in a paperless environment.
• Capable of understanding clients’ business objectives, performing the appropriate research, and presenting solutions to satisfy those objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA certification preferred
• Two to four years of experience in public accounting
• Willingness to travel
