Jeff serves as the engagement executive or independent technical reviewer for internal audit and independent audit engagements and is the engagement partner for internal audit engagements including SEC reporting entities. |

Roger is involved in AHP's quality control initiatives and performs many independent reviews of financial statement engagements prior to issuance.
