Andrews Hooper & Pavlik P.L.C. (AHP) was founded in 1993 by three partners of Ernst & Young. Jim Andrews, Mark Hooper, and Kim Pavlik, along with a team of 26, focused on the firm’s mission to deliver Big 4 audit, tax, and accounting services in our Saginaw and Greater Lansing locations.

Our firm experienced significant organic growth and also merged with successful regional accounting firms sharing similar missions, principles, and values. Investment planning, business and IT consulting, and benefits administration rounded out the service offering while our footprint broadened to include offices in Auburn Hills, Bay City, and Grand Rapids. AHP’s newest location was added in Midland in December 2009.

Today, our team of over 100 provides a full suite of professional services to clients throughout Michigan and beyond. With three affiliated companies, AHP Benefits L.L.C., AHP Consulting L.L.C., and AHP Financial Services Inc., we remain committed to delivering superior services at the local level and have become the firm of choice for businesses and individuals looking for professional advisors focused on their success.

We are registered with the Public Companies Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and are members of the AICPA’s Center for Public Company Audit Firms. Our most recent peer review was completed in 2007, and we received an unmodified report with no comments, which is the highest level achievable.

Through our membership in PKF North American Network, we have direct access to extensive technical resources and expertise of affiliated firms throughout the country. PKF North American Network is an association of over 90 independently owned public accounting firms that share client service, technical, educational, and marketing resources and expertise. In addition, through our affiliation with PKF International, we have ties to accountants and business advisors at more than 430 firms in over 100 countries outside of North America. Together, we are able to serve individual and corporate clients representing a full range of industries and business needs anywhere in the world.
