We currently provide internal or external audit services to four of the State of Michigan's ten public educational institutions included in Michigan's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). We also serve three private post-secondary education institutions in the State of Michigan and have significant experience with Michigan community colleges. We successfully completed our most recent peer review in June 2004 and received an unmodified report with no comments - the highest level. This report is on public file at the AICPA's Center for Public Company Audit Firms. OMB Circular A-133, Grant, and Federal Financial Assistance Experience AHP has performed numerous single audits under OMB Circular A-133. Our offices have experience in the student financial aid and the research and development areas and can help you with your accounting and regulatory requirements. Our audits of major federal programs include Title IV federal student financial aid, Department of Education TRIO program (including Upward Bound), Title I and Title III, research and development, and other grants and contracts. NCAA Agreed-upon Procedures We also can perform agreed-upon procedures as required by the NCAA Financial Audit Guidelines to assist you in complying with NCAA Bylaw 6.2.3.1.  Such procedures are performed in accordance with the NCAA Financial Audit Guidelines. Outsourced Internal Audits AHP is available to perform a wide range of internal audit functions.
