AHP offers a variety of competitive employee benefits. Here is a summary of our current benefits:

  • AHP pays 100% of premiums

ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL LIFE INSURANCE

  • Additional insurance (up to 3 times employee salary) is available.

HEALTH INSURANCE

  • Three plans are available.  Employees participate in the cost of health care premiums.

DENTAL/VISION INSURANCE

  • Dental/vision plans are available with employee participation in the cost of dental/vision premiums.

401(k) PLAN

  • All full-time employees (after attaining age twenty-one) are eligible to participate at next open enrollment, either January 1, April 1, July 1 or October 1. The firm may make discretionary profit sharing contributions for employees who are employed by the firm on the last day of the plan year (December 31).


VACATION DAYS

  • Days are prorated according to the employee start date for the first year of employment. For example, a new staff person without previous experience would receive pro rata vacation time based on two weeks.


PAID PERSONAL HOLIDAYS

  • Days are prorated according to the employee start date for the first year of employment (based upon two days per year).


LEGAL HOLIDAYS

  • Normally the firm observes six legal holidays a year.

FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENTS

  • Other requests for non-traditional work schedules are available upon approval.

FLEX CREDIT ALLOWANCE

  • The Firm provides a $42/month flex credit for all employees, whether or not they choose our benefit plans.
