All full-time employees (after attaining age twenty-one) are eligible to participate at next open enrollment, either January 1, April 1, July 1 or
October 1. The firm may make discretionary profit sharing contributions for employees
who are employed by the firm on the last day of the plan year (December 31). VACATION
DAYS
Days are prorated according to the employee start date for
the first year of employment. For example, a new staff person without previous
experience would receive pro rata vacation time based on two weeks. PAID
